Built on Trust
Reputation is everything. At Nichols Contracting, we’ve built ours on quality, fairness and keeping our word.
After a decade of Bobcat and excavation work, Brandon Nichols took a break to pursue another passion: motorcycle mechanic. When it was time to build his home, though, he decided to do the excavation work himself. During that project, he rediscovered his joy of excavating and got back into the business. After a few months of operating for a local contractor, he decided it was time to strike out on his own.
Brandon and his crews do land excavation and demolition work, woods mowing, septic system installation and pole barn building around Lexington and central Kentucky. They can do a whole job from demolition to pole barn construction, or they can prepare a lot for a traditional construction job.
The Nichols Contracting crews work efficiently, doing the demolition, excavation and woods mowing needed to clear a lot, and even do any septic installation prior to construction. They have the equipment to get a range of jobs done, and since all their services are within a single business, they can schedule each phase consecutively, without the down time that can happen when working with separate companies.
Nichols Contracting is fully licensed and insured. Customers know they can count on Brandon and his crews to complete the job as promised—and do it for a fair price. As a member of the community—not a big corporation—Brandon is committed to doing quality work without overcharging.
